1955The Founding Vision
Late Mr. Shyam Sundar Aggarwal established Paramount with a vision to manufacture world-class cable solutions in India. Beginning with a single machine and a dedicated workforce, the foundation was laid for what would become one of India's most respected cable manufacturers.
1976Powering India's Telecom Infrastructure
Paramount supplied jelly-filled telephone cables for major telecom expansion projects across the country, contributing to the rapid growth of India's communication network.
1980Scaling Manufacturing Excellence
Expanded manufacturing capabilities with advanced wire drawing and stranding technologies, significantly increasing production capacity and operational efficiency.
1982A Milestone in Railway Innovation
Became the first cable manufacturer to develop RDSO-approved Axle Counter Cables, setting new standards in railway signalling, operational safety, and reliability.
1985Axle Counter Cable Leadership
Became the first Indian manufacturer to develop Axle Counter Cables for Railways & Telecom.
1995Advanced Telecom Manufacturing
Commissioned a state-of-the-art PIJF Cable manufacturing facility at Dharuhera, strengthening capabilities to support India's expanding telecom infrastructure.
1999Entering the Optical Fibre Era
Established an advanced Optical Fiber Cable manufacturing facility to meet the growing demand for high-speed communication and digital connectivity.
2000Expansion at Khushkhera
