Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Electrical Design Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems for power, industrial, and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will oversee engineering activities, ensure compliance with industry standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality and cost-effective solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
  • 8–12+ years of experience in electrical design and engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of power distribution systems, substations, cables, transformers, and switchgear.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETAP, EPLAN, or similar electrical design software.
  • Familiarity with IEC, IEEE, IS, and other relevant standards.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and project teams.
  • Support project planning, cost estimation, and technical evaluations.
  • Conduct design reviews, risk assessments, and quality checks.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and best engineering practices.
